... it's only sensations, feel it, accept it, embrace it, thanks to it
The hardest part of separation is to accept that, that person is not gonna be a part of your life anymore. It is hard to accept you are not gonna walk on the same path to share your stories anymore. But what is the worse thing from the separation, what is the worse thing that could happen if you were still together?! Which is better way, what is the best for you at this moment?
 
Don’t get trapped in the story. No need to know what he or she thinks about you, ‘did she/ he love you enough, ‘was he/ she being honest all this time, ‘is it really important to know that? ‘If you know the answer then what? ‘Another broken heart? ‘More questions? And the story goes on and on and on and on then?????? Then consciously accepting your feeling and thoughts then notice that they are separated, mindfully putting your feelings and thoughts separately in a different containers.
 
The pure feeling, without mind involvement is just the sensation of hurt, disappointment, grieve, abandonment, broken or any kind of feelings… Noted: it’s only sensations, feel it, accept it, embrace it, thanks to it, open yourselves to experience it.
 
The mind will just keep on and on creating more stories like crazy traffic on your head. But just keep consciously watching and putting it separately with your feeling, that will not create ‘the pain. That is not gonna poison your feeling and body sensations and experience. When you are able to do this, you actually are giving yourself a huge love and compassion. You actually are being soft to yourself, you are giving yourselves a chance to be honest with your own feeling, you give your body a chance to be normal. You give a chance to yourselves to experience the normal human sensations without harming her/him with the past stories created by the mind. What happened in the past is past. Now is now.
